		<description>Hey Gus - You don&#039;t have to have HDTV set up if all you want is digital cable, but if you do want HDTV you&#039;ve got a couple of options.  First you could rent an HDTV converter from Cox.  These usually come with DVRs attached, but I&#039;m pretty sure you can just get the converter box if that&#039;s all you need.  You can also bypass the box completely and request a cable card for your TV (if you TV supports it) and then all you need is your TV, but won&#039;t have DVR capabilities.  Finally, you can buy a series 3 TiVo or a cable card Media Center next year and then get a cablecard from cox.  My plan is to get a series 3 TiVo, but everybody has their own preference about what their favorite DVR or set up is.</description>

I have been listening so many salesmen about this
and I do not know  yet what to do.I just purchased a SONY 46&quot; BRAVIA and I am waiting for Cox tecnician to install a digital box and before he comes I would like to make a decision if or not instal HDTV.
