		<description>Dave - You really wished that you owned their options :)  The injunction will certainly cause demand to spike up, add to this that TiVo is now 75% institutionally owned and it&#039;s going to be a case of limited supply and tremendous demand.  Things will settle down again after the shock dies down, but this result will lead to analyst upgrades, new cable partnerships and a nice check from Echostar when they negotiate an end to this disagreement.</description>
