From what I heard, Netflix is working on a solution and should take care of it. At least from now, we've got a way to gain access without having to fire up the full browser. It puts an option in your "TOOLS" menu that says "Always view this page in IE".... It works great for me... but I guess with the "IE TAB" extension it opens it in a new tab instead of a new window...
