ZNF

As a pretty big fan of anything TiVo related it didn’t take me long to first come across ZatzNotFunny. Dave Zatz has consistently been on the cutting edge of technology and especially when it comes to TiVo, has had an uncanny knack of finding news before it ever comes out. At first, Zatz and I started emailing back and forth thoughts on technology, links we knew the other would enjoy and various rumors that we would come across. It didn’t take long before ZNF was a favorite site in my RSS reader.

After reading, commenting and emailing back and forth with ZNF for about a year and a half, the Zatzman finally approached me and asked if I’d be interested in contributing to the site. As a fan of the site, I was thrilled when he asked, so I agreed to allow him to syndicate articles that he found interesting from my own site. You can click on this link, if you’d like to read any of my articles that have shown up on his site.

Already I had been syndicating some of my articles through Seeking Alpha, but what I liked about ZNF was that it was less focused on business news and more on consumer news. From the very beginning, I’ve always felt that my blog has been evenly split between business analysis and news that I find interesting as a consumer. With Seeking Alpha largely only interested in my business articles, ZNF was the perfect compliment to help highlight some of my more consumer oriented posts.

As ZNF has continued to grow in popularity, Dave Zatz has added other bloggers and contributors and has developed one of the best destinations on the net for tech enthusiasts. Whenever I feel like blogging doesn’t matter or I start to get burned out, I shoot the Zatzman an email and he always lifts me up. Not only does he run one of the best blogs on the net, but I’m proud to count him as a friend and a resource for helping me sort my thoughts.
